From my first contact with your office speaking to Carol, through xrays and cleaning with Mary, and then consult with Dr. Ruder, I felt completely welcome and in good hands!
I love going to the dentist now. I feel like Larissa, my hygienist, is part of my family. She remember details about my family and life. I never have to wait to go back for my appointment. I no longer dread going to the dentist.

Staci was my hygienist, and I cannot say enough good things about her. She made me so comfortable, and by the time I left, I felt like I had a new friend!
I am so thankful for Dr. Ruder and his kind staff. I had neglected my teeth for many many years, and finally have found the best dentist and staff where they kindly helped me get back on track. I actually look forward to going to the dentist now. This is HUGE for me!
I love that your scheduled time IS your apointment time. I have been coming to Dr. Cauldwell for over a decade and I have NEVER had to wait past my appointment time...and,if I get there early, I they usually get me back and started a few minutes early. This is the icing on the cake because they also provide great care!
I cannot imagine going anywhere else. Have been a patient of Dr. Caldwell's since 1988 and actively refer friends to your practice.
5...always excellent....I hate I have so much work to be done...but your office set everything up for me..now I just have to go! Haahaa everyone from front desk to the 'back' was friendly, & caring....taking time with me...I am extremely satisfied with my appointment! I highly reccomend Bartlett Dental!
