All of the staff made this trip to the dentinst very pleasurable. So nice and courteous. They even all signed me a birthday card!
It was an excellent first visit. Beth, my dental assistant, was very kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. Of course that's who you spend the most time with in an appointment and they usually determine your satisfaction. Dentists' offices should set it up to where you have the same dental assistant every time until there's a complaint. :-)
Believe it or not, going to the dentist can be a pleasurable experience! The staff is friendly and efficient. Dr. Caldwell is very professional and does not "rush" to do procedures until necessary. Beth, the dental hygienist, is a delight.

Thank you for a Christian atmosphere! Love that there was Christian music playing - helped to keep me focused on something other than where I was - I appreciate the effort the entire staff makes to make going to the dentist a great experience.

My experiences have been good for the most part; however, I did not appreciate the practice changing my hygenist. I made an appointment with Staci. Someone else called me back for my work (Mary I believe). I told her that my appointment was with Staci. Her reply was, "They must have shuffled the schedule around. Come on back. I'm going to take care of you." On my way back I noticed that Staci was, in fact, there with no patient. My cleaning experience was much more painful and unpleasant than normal.
