My experience was great except for my 30 minute wait. I am making an appointment for my children and my husband will be coming as well.

"You are a special person in our practice family and your opinion is important to us." That's what is written on the survey thing. I have known I have been "Special" all my life. I went to "special" school as a kid. Dr. Caldwell is awesome. I told him I would bust down his neighbor's mail box as a favor for him, but he said No. OK, fine. And that nurse thought she could man-handle me, I would like to wrestle with her, I might win. You guys ROCK.
I typically have been very happy with the care provided by your hygenists and dentists. However, yesterday was not a positive experience. The overall experience was poor. The hygenist was very rough as she scraped my teeth. Also, when she rinsed my teeth she didn't do so with the sucking straw in close proximity, so I had a mouth full of gross water that I had to hold. In my experience, these two are placed in the mouth simultaneously.
