Larissa was excellent, as have been the hygienists before. Very friendly. Very professional.
Finding a new dentist in a new town is not an easy feat.However, the staff at Bartlett Dental Assoc. were extremely friendly, professional, and are only interested in providing the highest quality of dental care possible. I have found a dentist who is professional, knowledgeable, and patient oriented. Thank you Dr. Caldwell. Your office is definitely a 5+.
A loose crown was discovered during my cleaning. They reattached it during the time slot for my cleaning and sent me on my way. Some offices would have seized the chance to sell a new crown. They determined it could be used a while longer and saved me the expense until it is really needed.
Everyone did a great job. Mary thoroughly explained the condition of my teeth. First time it's been done in that fashion. Love technology! I'll be scheduling my cleaning sessions shortly. I'm paying for an upcoming wedding so cash flow is tight right now.

Dr Ruder has been our dentist since we first relocated to this area in 2006. It has been a great experience for my husband and myself. All of the office personnel are efficient and provides excellent assistance to all patients. No one likes to go to the dentist but our experience in this office makes the appointments a bit more enjoyable.
Mary is awesome!!! Love her. Give her a huge raise. lol. She is a great hygienist.

I just wish my insurance paid more on my dental. But it is worth it to pay out of pocket and get good friendly service.
