5 - Dr. Caldwell is only my 2nd dentist. My experience is limited, however the service I hsve received from this office Is exceptional. He and everyone in the office are professional, knowledgable, and kind. They know what to do and hoe to do it. Thsnks f2f or making my visits welcomed!
Just a little concerned dr matthews was who i saw about 6 months ago....i called again because my i was having problems and was informed dr matthews was no longer there so i made a follow up appoinment only to be informed by the nurse that the new doctor dr ganoe was taking over for him. Dr matthews left me with bone left in my jaw and when i called back to explain was refered to a specialist.. Then nurse went on to explain dr ganoe may not be comfortable with a simple to extraction.... Kind of made me feel a little un comfo... read more
Bonnie the Dental Hygienist did not introduce herself to me (she was somewhat cold), -- she also me gave the air hose to keep in my hand the entire time while she was scraping plaque from my teeth -- and each time she sprayed my mouth with water, she told me to put air suction hose in my mouth. I have never had to hold the air hose while getting my teeth clean and I would prefer that the dental hygienist do that because I had water runnning down the sides of my mouth.
