One thing I have not been blessed with is a good short term memory. But the lady who worked on me is incredible. She really listened to my fears of needles and made extra sure to keep it at a minimum. I like it when we you have folks who care about you like that! Thanks again, Walt Drissel

First off, most everyone was very pleasant. Everyone was welcoming and I was made to feel very comfortable (I was offered water or coffee). The wait was not very long at any point during the appointment. I was given a wealth of information and everything was explained well. After that I was moved to a room where I was told it would be approx. $1,800, ironically from the least pleasant person so far. On January 14, 2014 I had an appointment for a root canal. While making a payment Mrs. Tammy was very rude with me. Apparently the office does not take American Express, which is fine. I had other payment options but I do not feel it was necessary for her to be rude. This was my first encounter with Tammy. While waiting on the dentist, Tammy proceeds to constantly pressure me about doing automatic withdrawals from my personal banking accounts for a payment arrangement. Highly Recommended. This is definitely one of the top dentist offices I have been to. Feel very comforted and safe that I am getting the best care possible in this office. Staff knows what they are doing and such a friendly, yet professional atmoshere.

I have been a patient at Bartlett dental for over 7 years or more. The dental office is clen, staff friendly. I enjoy the professionalism and the timeliness of the services. I would recommend Bartlett Dental. My children have received excellent services. When my son had to have his wisdom teeth removed, he was adamant that he wanted Dr. Ruder to perform the extractions.

4--I have received dental care from your offices for over 5 years however upon my last office visit was the first time after recieving my bi-annual cleaning that the dentist did not greet me before or after giving the final exam. I know that to not be a practice but it was definitely noticeable. I was disappointed that the personal touch was missing from my last office visit. Thanks!
