I was encourage by others (when I became Medicare eligible) to not choose an HMO. Well I chose when anyway and got very lucky with my Primary Care Physician. Dr. Bart Barrett has exceeded my expectations from day ONE. Above and beyond what I expected...my wife even switched primary Doctors to Dr. Barrett... he and Brandie (PA) and his staff have been fantastic..
I really appreciate the personal attention given by Dr. Barrett and his staff. He and his PA do a great job in succinctly giving explanations in regards to any conditions I may have.
Doctor Barrett is compassionate, thorough and caring. I could not ask for anything more, he is knowledgeable and really listens to his patients. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Doctor Barrett and feel honored to be his patient.

His staff is very pleasant and efficient. I was taken in at my appointment time and Dr Barrett spent quality time with me discussing my health and preventive actions to take going forward. Dr. Barrett is an excellent PCP! He’s personable and caring. He made me feel comfortable and answered my questions. He is very accomplished, having a background in OB and Peds. He was very thorough on my first visit. Could not have asked for a better doctor. Some doctors make you feel rushed and I didn’t feel that at all. Again, excellent doctor. Even my husband wanted to switch over to Dr. Barrett as PCP!
