They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.

Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so

I've had annual skin checks for the last 15 years because I'm fair skinned and I have a history of blistering sunburns. I saw Dr. Paul about 5 years ago and he advised me that annual checks weren't warranted because he did not see any suspicious moles. Luckily I ignored his advice and changed doctors. I just had two biopsies performed yesterday because of changes in moles that Dr. Paul told me not to worry about. So find a different doctor if you are concerned about your health.
