Dr Paul and his staff are the uttmost respectful and professional. I've know them all for years as I work here. Dr Paul is one of the most professional, kind hearted and knowledgeable individuals that I have ever worked with. To the above negative comments, it's a shame they have that opinion, but to each their own.
I didn’t felt listen. He didn’t respect me or my needs. I had some questions about the random prescription he send me and told me to google it
Dr Paul did a cursory examination of my condition and prescribed based on his "years of experience" rather than finding out what the condition actually was and treating accordingly. The prescription actually severely exacerbated the condition. I even asked him to biopsy the area to find out what was causing it. Apparently, he does not do this as a practice. He was friendly but professional, answered all my questions, and took care of a few minor issues. His nurse and staff were also very nice.
Personal and professional
Saw him for <5 minutes while waiting for 20+ minutes. He took shortcuts in treatments, while my previous dermatologist did not. I made 1, just 1 suggestions and Dr. Paul immediately dismissed the notion or possibility of my question/advice. In the end, he blatantly said to me, "Look I'm late and need to go to my next patient". NO. I did not come and wait 20+ minutes to be examined by a specialist as unprofessional , incomplete, thoughtless as you Dr. Barry Paul.
Dr. Paul is such an excellent Doctor, it is a shame that his LYNN OFFICE staff is the most RUDE staff. All of his other staff especially Burlington is so friendly.
The ladies running the desk are beyond rude and unprofessional. I was horrified to hear them mocking a patient trying to get an appointment. All of us in the waiting room are now privy to this poor womans issue. I have NEVER witnessed such behavior in a Dr.'s office!
