I was told to have my car in at 9:30 for a remote start install and it would be done at 12:30. I requested a viper as the guys there had installed one for me on another vehicle a few years ago and I liked the range. I arrived this morning and I was a few minutes early. Went in side and was told they didn't have the viper system but had something similar, since I drove 35 miles I decided to go ahead and have the unit installed, here I am 6 and a half hours later and still waiting for car to get done
