I love Barre! The instructors are amazing and the classes are challenging, but doable. It's a great atmosphere and an awesome workout! I would recommend it for everyone!
I started at Barre after having a complicated c-section. I was so tired of the "pooch" that came along with the post-baby body. I cannot believe how quickly I am seeing results. This is exactly what I needed! The instructors are so sweet and motivating. I highly recommend Barre Co to anyone that has not tried it.

It's so hard for me to stick to a workout routine because once things get tough, it's easy to walk away. But barre is so much fun and so rewarding! The instructors are great, the facility is lovely, and I actually look forward to coming back every time! Keep up the great work!

Love, love, love it! Have had a throbbing, pounding, pulsing headache all day--woke me up at 6 this morning. Nothing helped-water, aspirin, food, or caffeine. Walked into Stix class at 4:15-headache gone! Barre cured my headache!
Love these workouts!! 13 classes in and I'm already seeing a difference in my body shape!! I can't wait to see what my body and overall health is like in a few more months! Thanks ladies!
