RecommendedIf you are nervous about not being "good" at Barre... DON'T BE! The instructors will teach you and you will be an expert at it in no time!!! The instructors are so energetic and make working out FUN. I would recommend Barre Co. to anyone!
I felt welcomed the moment i walked in the door for the first time. The staff is so encouraging and helpful and even strangers sweating beside you seem to be pulling for you! This is a great workout but also a place to feel like you belong! ❤️
I went to my first Pilates class yesterday and LOVED it! I cannot wait to try my next class. It was so fun and I could do the moves. I was more flexible than I thought and I appreciate the modifications and the class size was just right. Great place to exercise and have fun doing it!

Two months ago, I wasn't sure what Barre would be able to do for me. They say it takes two weeks to feel it, four weeks to see it and eight weeks and eight weeks to hear it. It's amazing what can happen in just two months. Thanks to the wonderful guidance of Sam and Jenn, I can honestly say that Barre has changed much more than my body. While I may imagine strangling them while in the 'shake zone,' both of them are fantastic instructors and I look forward to coming to class.
