I took my first class yesterday and it was tough, but I loved it!!! Sam and Jennifer are wonderful!!! Looking forward to many more classes with Barre Co!!!!

I am in town for a couple weeks, so I decided to give Barre Co. a try! So glad I did. Samantha was great, and gave me some pointers upon arrival. The class instruction was wonderful and modifications were given for anyone that needed them. I will definitely be attending a bit more while I'm in town!

I have signed up for my 2nd month today. I am losing weight, losing inches, and gaining confidence. I LOVE the instructors, friendly fellow clients and fun atmosphere. Highly recommend if you are looking for the next level to amp up your workout, this is it. And the lunch time workout fits perfectly in my schedule. :)

Started Barre on Jan 2nd and haven't looked back. I have finally found something that works for me and I couldn't be happier. I appreciate the constant encouragement from the instructors, willingness to show proper technique, the music selection and overall calm, positive atmosphere. I am happy to report that with healthier food choices and attending 4-5 classes a week I have lost 20lbs!! I would highly recommend giving Barre Co. a visit:)

I have just started attending this studio and absolutely love it! I am grateful to have found Barre Co! I have been doing barre off and on for many years and have never felt so comfortable as I do here, especially being a person with a disability that often has to stop and stretch or modify.
