My daughter and I arrived at 2 pm for a MRI directed by a BJC doctor. Sat in general waiting room until 5:30. Then moved to an ER room and waited another 3 hours only to have the technician come and start preparing for a CT scan. When told it was suppose to be an MRI he left and we waited another hour. After inquiring a nurse on when the MRI was scheduled she sent someone to check on it. It's now 9 pm and a technician comes in with the MRI prep. One hour later at 10 pm she is taken for the MRI. Had a food visit. Doctor Gonzalas is a very caring doctor who pays attention to your problem. She always try to make you feel as comfortable as possible.
Great people there nurses work very hard great surgeons
Was a complete waste of time, the doc came in felt the lump on my head ( that has been there for about 3 wks ) and seng me on my way. Upon discharge the nurse tells me to call my primary for a ct. As a cancer survivor you would think they would look into a mysterious lump on my head �
You should Never send a person home from the Emergency room in pain and without answers. I gave DePaul a better rating then here.
Every time we go there service is ALWAYS PERFECT! I Love the Nursing staff very attentive n thorough!
The nursing staff is the best. They are on top of everything but still take time to talk to you! They don't let you stay in pain very long. I also love my doctors, Dr. Margenthaler and Dr. Tannembaum!
I'd like to thank you for doing my niece surgery on yesterday she had breast cancer and her name is Angel Pass
They are a joke been sick for ovee a month still pukung your dehydrated this place sucks nurses and doctors are rude as hell
