4 days in pain treating me like a dope head when I ask for real pain medicine. Heard roommate tell nurse he thinks I'm in pain because of me moaning, instead the nurses ignored me and went on about his way. Tried to leave and go to John c mercey but didn't have the strength. never go on the 11th floor queeny tower

RecommendedI gave it 5 stars!! my stay there both times were great!! had a partial hysterectomy in 82 and gastric in 15....not one issue or problem! there are no perfect people everyone makes mistakes. but all in all I have nothing but good to say about BJW!!! Dr.Eagon and his staff are WONDERFUL!

My son been hospitalized for 5 days and I've been disappointed in the PCT's, and housekeeping. My son was put on isolation for infection control. They haven't been keeping his room clean nor have they been using the disinfecting wipes. Just because i'm here with him 24/7 does not give them the ok not to do their job. I don't know who told them that i would be his housekeeper, wound care nurse and patient care tech. I'm very disappointed in the service and care he has gotten. In reality they need to pay me for doing their job... read more
