Had pretesting done today for upcoming surgery and was not impressed... wait in registration area not efficient, there was no place to sit , it was not a welcoming or calm environment, rather a very stressful environment. RN was not nice and obviously doesn’t like her job she was not personable, she presented herself in a very negative light and if I thought for one minute she would be taking care of me I would cancel my surgery.
