This place is amazing and everyone is nice. They don't rush you in and out. They sit and talk to you. They explain everything and answer questions. Amazing people at Barnes West.
Had surgery yesterday and everyone in the preop and PACU were wonderful!! This was my first time ever in this hospital, but definitely a great experience!
Went to the Er tonight for an intense migraine. They were amazing. Will never go to another Er. They didn't release me till my migraine was under control. And the nurse and doctors were so kind to me.
I was recently misdiagnosed from the ER. Came in with a severely sore throat and was told it was post nasal drip. Within hours my throats was covered with pus pockets and I couldn't talk or swallow. I had strep, which would have been discovered with a simple test. I had to pay twice for their poor care. By the way, I was the only person in the ER at the time I was there, so they obviously had better things to do then to do their jobs.
I was treated well in the ER..BUT WAS ADMITTED which was ok..bad slow nurses..but upon discharge..getting the complete run around on whos responsible for my after care have a port and on iv therapy..5 days later still havent figured out who im reporting too...craziness
