Loved how timely Dr. Crippen and his staff were. In addition to his PA's concern and kindness. Dr. Crippen was extremely professional and concerned. Now the lab downstairs would get a 1 star. They lady that checked me in did so under someone else and we had to start over. Then the lady that drew my dozen plus tubes of blood seemed distracted disoriented and totally confused. I wasn't as pleased with them

Everything was clean, the people were professional, friendly,and helpful. Bathroom's were easy to find and plentiful. Good was great
