One of the worst experiences I have ever had at West location. Waited over 90 minutes just yo be registered for blood work and then waited another hour before I was caller back. I advised tech that I was a difficult stick along with which arm and needle to use. She choose to do something different and stuck me twice in my arm only to retrieve nothing. Then she stuck me in my hand got four tubes of blood to come back and say she needed to stick me again in said hand because she didn't habe enough and she had used wrong tubes.... read more
