Get directionsMy daughter and I arrived at 2 pm for a MRI directed by a BJC doctor. Sat in general waiting room until 5:30. Then moved to an ER room and waited another 3 hours only to have the technician come and start preparing for a CT scan. When told it was suppose to be an MRI he left and we waited another hour. After inquiring a nurse on when the MRI was scheduled she sent someone to check on it. It's now 9 pm and a technician comes in with the MRI prep. One hour later at 10 pm she is taken for the MRI. The Drs. /Specialist are always upbeat and have smiles on their faces even being around some very ill people ! It's amazing how a Smile can make a bad day go better !!!

Was a complete waste of time, the doc came in felt the lump on my head ( that has been there for about 3 wks ) and seng me on my way. Upon discharge the nurse tells me to call my primary for a ct. As a cancer survivor you would think they would look into a mysterious lump on my head �

You should Never send a person home from the Emergency room in pain and without answers. I gave DePaul a better rating then here.
