Worst service I have ever experienced at any business. My relative went into the emergency room for extreme back pain hardly able to walk. They told us we would have to wait. Fine. We waited. Meanwhile my relative couldn't sit down because of the pain, couldn't lay down because they had no place for us and was forced to stand for 45 min or so. I really can't rate the hospital care at Barnes West County as I have never been in-patient. I am a heart transplant recipient and all my doctor's are at Big Barnes. I came to Barnes West County for some pre-op testing for an upcoming vascular surgery which will happen downtown. The nurse and the NP that I saw were friendly, courteous, professional and kind. Their names were Laura and Angela. I also saw the phlebotomist who was also personable and capable.
