The best customer service in town! HUGE selection of cars and friendly staff
I changed my 1 star to a 5 star due to Will Cody hooking me up. Thank you very much Will! Purchased brand new vehicle from them. As expensive as it was....they dont even offer a free oil change. Also we are having problem with the drivers seat, called about that, was put on hold 10 minutes....hung up, called back and was told then they were backed up....uh...utting a customer on hold for 10 minutes and never getting back to them...is not too good. I was thoroughly impressed and pleased with the assistance I received when purchasing my car. The salesman that was helping me went above and beyond and even drove me all the way to New Albany to pick my car up. The only issue I have is I have brought my car for a fix because the brakes have squealed horribly since I bought it a month ago, and tho my warranty states that brakes are included in the silver power train warranty, I was told that they where not.
