TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE service with Keffer Service Department!!! As of Saturday, 11/14/20, my car has been at their service center for 3 weeks! No updates whatsoever from service advisor Jessica!! Called yesterday, 11/12/20 twice and second time asking to speak to a manager with no follow up. What makes me angry the most, according to their website, I should have been given a loaner car since the repair is taking them this long. Went there to test drive a used Chevrolet Tahoe and it had a flat tire when I showed up. The tires were worn out to the point they shouldn't have passed inspection. None the less I wasted 4 hours going there and another hour for them to decide on putting tires on or not. Justin the used car manager was a jerk and has. I customer service skills.
