Really really bad service where service dept is concerned.
The so called "best warranty in the business" is not honored...sure, they may try to give ya a free car wash" to try to make up for it, but who can't wash their own car. After all, it's JUST $200.00, right Joe!
When i bought my vehicle (2007 tahoe) it was the best dealership ive been to. Now that the purchase is over i have waited over a month to get a few things fixed and tons of promises broken. The rental car i recieved this morning after dropping mine off is a 1994 toyota corolla that shakes roars out of alignment and i have to hold the steering wheel Far to the left to stay on the road let alone i have to roll the driver side window down just to get out of the car. I was really amazed how well we were treated at the dealership! They have so many people willing to help you find exactly what you need!
