My son really needed to get rid of his truck. Cody and the great staff went above and beyond to help him and now he has a brand new Sonata ! Integrity, Value, & most of all kindness beyond measure. Thank you to Joe Marshall (owner) for having such a great business.
Well my son went down and wasted 2 hours for nothing. He had called and gotten preapproved an then went down to pick out a truck just for the salesman to tell him he wasn't the one to preapprove him so he left with nothing. They tell you one thing but when you get there they waste your time

I bought my Hyundai 7 months ago and won't buy anything else. I also will not buy one anywhere else but at Barnes Crossing. I had to take it to get the tire fixed today. The service was great and they took it in as soon as we got there. I was prepared to buy a new tire but they were able to patch it and then told us to go so we wouldn't be late for work. It cost nothing!! Who does that any more. Thank yall so much for taking care of us today.

Tried to look at a vehicle for 2 weeks and then emailed about it with no answer for a week, guess they just don't want to sell a vehicle at the Saltillo lot, just saying!
Every single person in this place makes you feel welcome. They're very attentive and treat you like their best friend and are super patient. Our salesman, Charles was all about customer care. He has even checked on us to make sure we are happy with what we bought. He and everyone else there are very knowledgable about their product!
Give folks the run around, tell you they have a car and then they don't. Had the car on their website, pulled it and then put it back on at a higher price, then tell you it was sold 6 days ago. I wouldn't believe anything they tell you.
