I inquired about a car on their website. I was told it wasn't on site yet. I didn't get updates. I had to email multiple times for updates with few responses. When I called I talked to one guy who acted like he wasn't even checking. He kept telling me the car was already sold when someone else told me it wasn't even there. He said he would check and let me know. When I called back the next day he said he lost my phone number. I asked for the update, and he said, "Yeah. I'm pretty sure it's sold. It has a tag on it." Always great going there all workers are friendly and great atmosphere there is drinks popcorn and sometime there is pizza and tv lol great place to wait if your going to have to wait
When in for car service, spent more than what I was expecting. Timing was not to bad ;but what bother me I got my car back. Now its rallying. Justin was very helpful, he took in consideration of me being tired. He ask about making another appointment to come back Thursday. Hopefully they can find out what is the problem.
My Wife & I really enjoyed our visit Saturday there . This makes our 3rd Purchase, 2nd from Our Sales Rep Thad Lewis . We like dealing with Thad bc he truely works for u & cares bout you . We have purchased our last two vehicles from them and will be back the next time we are in the market. Eddie Meyer and Billie were great to us. They took their time with us and made us feel right at home. Every time we have been there Joe Marshal has always had time to speak to us. Most owners aren't like that.
