I am so proud of everyone that works at Barnes crossing Hyundai, no matter how long you have to wait for stuff to be done, they come to make sure your doing ok and see if you need anything! I worked with Kevin OBryan and Darrell Buchanon and had a very stress free experience. It was actually Darrell's off day and he came in to help me. I was unsure of what car I wanted and I drive multiple cars before deciding on my 2018 Hyaundai Sonota Limited Turbo. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH HOW MUCH I STILL LOVE THIS CAR!! They process of going through making a deal was fairly stress free and they are definitely not pushy. I definitely recommend Barnes Crossing to make a deal with and highly recommend Kevin and Darrell.
Went by Barnes Crossing Mazda Saturday for an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection on our Mazda 5. In and out in about 45 minutes. Service Department was very thorough with their inspection and checked with us each time before doing any additional filter or parts replacement. Had a coupon for the synthetic oil change which made the total service price very economical. We've had nothing but positive experiences with the Barnes Crossing Mazda staff. Had a great experience at BCHM!! The staff was very attentive. Our 5 year old daughter enjoyed herself as well. She received suckers, popcorn and a drink. She said, "This place has everything a kid could ever need!" Lol. They went out of their way to make a key for the vehicle we purchased because the key was misplaced. Martha Phillips gave us her personal cell phone number and stayed in contact with us as we debated our purchase.
