Me and my fiancé went in to look at a couple cars. Katlyn knew exactly what she wanted. Jonathan Cheney was our salesman. Never met a friendlier person. He never tried to “sell” us anything... He helped Katy find exactly what she wanted and made the whole experience pleasant. The whole staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. We ended up purchasing an Elantra. We are very pleased with the car and the overall experience. Can’t say enough about Cheney. He has forever customers in us.

In and out in 90 minutes on a crazy busy day for a recall service and they even updated the computer software for something that Mazda didn't put a recall out for. It was a weird bug that a lot of service managers are calling a safety hazard, so the good managers are offering it for free. John seems like a real good guy who definitely knows what he's doing. And the good small things to boot: Free wifi, clean waiting room, reasonably easy to navigate parking lot.
I got a 2015 Santa Fe Sport last year in August. I went online to find the car I wanted. I found just what I wanted at Barnes Crossing Hyundai Mazda!! They worked with me to get the car I wanted. It's been over a year now, and I still love my Santa Fe Sport, I have had my car serviced there, They are always so nice, I they everybody to go to Barnes Crossing Hyundai Mazda.
Purchased an electrical systems warranty when we bought the car and now said warranty is costing us one hundred dollars to use. Warranties are not supposed to have deductibles that's insurance not a warranty. Every person we encountered had a terrible attitude and as we sat listening to them talk to other customers we quickly realized that this will be the last time we ever do business with Barnes crossing hyundai mazda. I called today to make an appointment to get some service done and well the person who answered the phone in the service department was oh do not worry about making an appointment to have work done just come in whenever you shouldn’t have to wait very long! The point is I wanted an appointment so I could get in and out!!!
