If you are in the mood for a 1960s flashback, drop by at this neighborhood pub in the Hawthorne District. This hippie pub is the oldest McMenamins, been in operation since 1983. The psychedelic artwork and Grateful Dead atmosphere will entertain you and your friends for hours. Enjoy a game of pool or play one of the many supplied board games. Sit upstairs in the little balcony for a bird's eye view of the action. Order a pint of Hammerhead or other brews and enjoy daily specials such as Wilbur’s Jumbo Deluxe.

For a grateful dead restaurant you'd think they'd have prices hippies could afford lol .... just a little expensive , cool memorabilia and good food tho.
We always go to the Oregon City McMenamin's when we are in Portland, which we love. This time we decided to switch it up and try a new one. Glad we did, this is such a cool place.
It was great food, a family friendly atmosphere, and delicious brewed beers!
