Couldn't be happier. – I have retained the services of Barefoot Appraisal several times over the years and I have found them to be very prompt and extremely accurate with their appraisals.....actually saving me a lot of expense a couple of times. I would not hesitate to use their services in the future.
Poor Customer Service, Bait and Switch – I didn't get to select the appraisal company when I recently re-financed my home loan, and I got the worst service ever. The appraiser who called to make an appointment became very rude when I tried to ask him questions about the value of my house. I was just trying to get a general idea, and he told me that he was going to have to let his employer know that I was asking him to break the law!
