The Sirloin Steak Sandwich was fantastic and tender. Also, the Bond Martini was fabulous!!!

Absolutely the worst service I've ever had. Took 45 minutes to get two of the worst drinks I've ever had and the bartenders were absolutely rude. We have concert tickets and had to cancel our food because they were way too slow

We were certainly caught back on our heels Sunday night. We knew about the concert yet didn't anticipate the volume or quickness with how it came. Not our finest hour for sure. We are embarrassed and humbled whenever this takes place. (After 17 years we've experienced this a time or two.) We are terribly sorry for your negative experience & will be vigilant with our future preparation. Thank you for your business & we know it'll be hard to win you back. Again we apologize.
Took 30 minutes to get ice tea, 40 minutes for alcohol (after asking for it),almost an hour for our appetizers. Okay food..terrible set up and service. Don't go when there's a big event downtown!
The first time at Bardenay's and we loved it! Griffin, our server, was the BEST! He made wonderful suggestions on the food and drinks! We can't wait to go back!

The food was delicious and the service was stellar. We enjoyed a wonderful and relaxing lunch, and accommodations were made for my allergies without even so much as a blink. I would definitely recommend it, and can't wait to go again.
The food was just plain bad. I don't complain about bad food because I'm not a picky eater. But I ordered the special tonight which was Halibut for $20 bucks thinking I'm getting a great dinner and it was dryer than Idaho Summers. However my wife and I loved the Calamari as our appetizer and beer was great.

Sounds like we missed on the preparation of what could've been what you were looking for. The description obviously got you to order it. We need to execute the vision the chef had.
Haven't been to the restaurant, so this is no review of the restaurant, but a review of the rum. The rum reeked of cheap wine that was left out and while the after tastes left no burn, it still tasted bitter and like either something in the bottle was rotten or some ingredient was rotten.
