Food taste & quality is not good. No fresh food available
Had a horrible experience at this location. I waited 20 minutes as he served 2 people. First person order a burrito bowl and a burrito and second person ordered MadMex burrito (each person told no rice available 30 minute wait). When it was my turn to be served he said no rice 30 minute wait. I said that’s fine we want rice, he said are you sure it’s going to be 30 minutes (almost as if he was trying to convince me otherwise)(which I even doubt it takes this long as it’s probably premade bag ready rice), I said yes that fine... read more
Sorry to say but this location has lost a regular customer… I usually hit up this spot after the gym. Today I had a very poor experience with staff. I asked for fresh rice as she was scraping the bottom of the container just to get a few hard pieces out of the bottom. She then proceeded to add cilantro after I said everything except cilantro. Great place and really good food. Exceptional customer service as the staff prepared my meal really well.
Fresh and healthy food is served everytime I visit being a regular customer, I have always liked their service of food and customer service aswell :)
