This was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a restaurant. The customer service at this barBURRITO location was terrible. The staff were rude, careless, and acted like customers were annoying them just for ordering food. The attitude I received was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. I love bar burrito the food is amazing, fresh ingredients, though the location near Yonge and Dundas is filthy dirty all the time, disgusting to sit at their table, their trays never get cleaned apparently is a not very nice experience to eat in.

The server was told no onions, but added onions. I then told her no onions, and she removed most of the toppings without replenishing, while I paid for guac too.
