BAD SERVICE DEPARTMENT!! BAD service department! It was bad under the previous owner and things haven't improved. I took my Titan in for a leak in the rear dif and they wound up fixing some seal in the rear wheels instead. Had to take it back again for them to finally fix it with no apology whatsoever. This time a leaking transmission cooler hose and a quote of $349, then $180 for flushing transmission. Two problems here other than the cost. They keep their promises. This was the best experience I have had with Bob Howard Nissan. The service advisor Gary is really nice and cared about my service issue. Bob Howard delivered on their promises... even washing and vacuuming my car as promised.

Nice job Bob Howard Nissan! Appreciate your shuttle service... and the courtesy of washing my car for me. Only thing that would improve my service experience is getting more special offers or a bigger variety of "service incentives" via email or by mail. Other than that you guys do a wonderful job.

Patient and so helpful! I really had a pleasant experience at the Nissan Store... my salesman Mr. TK was very informative of the car... very professional... I felt very comfortable in talking with him. I recently contacted the Sales mgr. Mr. Chris Wood and felt the same with him the feeling that the customers satisfaction is their number one priority. Need a better sign The only real problem I had was finding your service department. I dropped my car off at about 7: 10 am. Your service department is kind of nestled in the middle of the row of dealerships there on Broadway. The access from Kelly is fine... but not well lit at night & your sign is very small. I circled around a couple of times and only found it because I knew it was south of the Chrysler dealership. A bigger sign or better lighting would be wonderful.

what happened? yall used to wash the vehicle after service before you returned it to the customer. do you not do that any more? overall i had a good experience.

Good service! I will be making another appointment soon and I'm sure the service will still be exceptional. The service was really good. Bob Howard would definitely be recommended to my family and friends.
