The host has worked here for over 20 years, and when we arrived, he gave us a tour of the place, showing us all the wine and art. Somehow, he even managed to remember our names throughout the tour! When it comes to the food, this place needs no review. Everything was incredible. The level of service was outstanding. My girlfriend and I shared everything, and the staff had already split each dish for us before bringing it to the table. Wow, what an experience It’s been awhile since I had an experience like this in Toronto. Everything was top notch. Mike manger was great and our waiter Dax was super great.
An iconic Toronto classic! The food was absolutely delicious—the steak was perfectly cooked, and the signature pickle tray was a great touch. The staff was incredibly professional, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout the evening. It is definitely on the pricier side, but the quality and historic ambiance make it worth it for a special occasion
