I was on my way back home this week and stopped at Bar-B-Cutie in Murfreesboro. I had the Ribs, bbq beans and cole slaw with the fried cornbread and the sweet tea. I'm glad I stopped! This was my second time to stop in while travelling and both times have been good. I'll make this a definite I-24 stop next time I am travelling through.
New ownership and decor has Bar-B-Cutie a great place to eat when you are in the Boro!
BBQ was dry. The flys everywhere was annoying. The coleslaw was bland. The only good part was the Mac and cheese and fried pickles.
We had a great experience at the Bar-b-cutie in Murfreesboro!! Coming back from a youth retreat, we needed to feed 27 youth and adults, so we called ahead to let them know we would be coming. The food service was very fast and the food was so good!! We all look forward to going back soon!

I wish I had read the reviews before I went. I now see why they never have a ton of customers in their lot. I had to trash my whole meal shortly after I got it. 1. The bun on my burger was hard as if it had been sitting out too long. 2. When I was handed my drink, the lid had a ton of visible dust on it and an eyelash. 3. My Mac n Cheese was SOOOO runny. It was like pasta floating in yellow colored water. A box of Kraft would have been better. This was my first time visiting this establishment and I was highly disappointed. ... read more

Worst location, hands down! Messed up twice on both of our burgers! Hamburgers were dry with hard buns! Most likely never coming back! Get it together people!
