Terrible customer service.. the girl there didn’t know what she was doing & didn’t know how to make 😬 change from a $20 She had to go get a calculator to look it up !! Really!!! After all that I got the wrong food !! 🤦♀️

RecommendedI love this place, usually. Today, I don't know if it had anything to do with the weather, but I waited in the drive-thru for a few minutes, and nobody ever came on the intercom. So, I drove up to the window. TWO people were inside and saw me sitting at the window and ignored me. I drove off. I love the food, but the customer service today wasn't great. If you are opening late due to weather, please put a note on the drive-thru so people do not wait and expect someone to help them.

RecommendedWe have been enjoying Bar-b-Cutie for years! Still the best in middle Tennessee! First trip around 1962-curb side- barbecue sandwich with fries: 50 cents!!! Use to live in Nashville and went to Nolensville Rd! Live in Smyrna and go to Murfreesboro! Always fresh and delicious

getting the orders correct and listen to customers when placing the orders instead of running around in the back playing like 3 year old children

Ordered the grilled cheese and chili combo. Grilled cheese was extremely greasy and the chili was cold. Drove back to get my order corrected and they reheated chili in same container and lid. I’m glad it didn’t spill all over my car as the lid was warped. I like the smoked turkey and have always recommended the restaurant to my coworkers. I won’t anymore!
