Came for dinner tonight first time ever, terrible decision! Ordered a half of rack of ribs and 2 sides ribs came out with no sides. Not to mention the ribs looked like they had been cooked 3 different times. Didnt even try them thats how bad they looked. My wife’s turkey was like rubber and recooked many times also. The cook and the manager lady started arguing and screaming in front if all customers, then the manager lady started crying. It was a complete disaster. we stopped in around 12.30 for a quick lunch. the cashier brought us the wrong drink for my wife was the first clue. when the food came, we were informed that they had no silverware! She said the manager left to go get some. By the time she got back the food was cold. we had to ask that the food be remade! The waitress did bring some free pie.
RecommendedMy first time visiting this place. The menu was explained to me in great detail. The staff was very courteous. When I come back to visit I will go again. The food was delicious.

They failed to put al my food I bought in drive thru 74.00 dollars 2 lbs missing a pack of buns and 2 sides I called they apologized and said he wrote it down to come back another time this was July17 so I went back today July 30 and they had no record of my call so I was told I had to have a receipt and my wife had it in Nashville 30 miles away so now they have failed me 3 times DO NOT GO HERE
We have been enjoying Bar-b-Cutie for years! Still the best in middle Tennessee! First trip around 1962-curb side- barbecue sandwich with fries: 50 cents!!! Use to live in Nashville and went to Nolensville Rd! Live in Smyrna and go to Murfreesboro! Always fresh and delicious

getting the orders correct and listen to customers when placing the orders instead of running around in the back playing like 3 year old children

Ordered the grilled cheese and chili combo. Grilled cheese was extremely greasy and the chili was cold. Drove back to get my order corrected and they reheated chili in same container and lid. I’m glad it didn’t spill all over my car as the lid was warped. I like the smoked turkey and have always recommended the restaurant to my coworkers. I won’t anymore!
