If I could rate it a zero I would. For starters, this is my second experience at Bar-B-Cutie and both times (including today) were bad experiences. Speaking from today, the MANAGER SHANT (her name) was rude, unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills. RecommendedThe bbq pull pork is truly moist and delicious along with the onion rings my favorite meal
The food is just barely average BBQ food. What hurts the food the most is the BBQ sauces. None of them are any good so it makes the food taste even worse. Famous Dave's is close by and a far better option if you want quick & decent BBQ.
Came for dinner tonight first time ever, terrible decision! Ordered a half of rack of ribs and 2 sides ribs came out with no sides. Not to mention the ribs looked like they had been cooked 3 different times. Didnt even try them thats how bad they looked. My wife’s turkey was like rubber and recooked many times also. Do NOT order from here! Every single time we try to order from this location numerous items are missing when we get home. Tonight, over half the order was missing. Three meals, sides and stew. I called, and the manager acted like I was the problem instead of the fact they had once again failed in fulfilling an order properly. Wow, the food quality and taste have gone way down over the past couple of years. The brisket was tough and tasted more like corned beef, than bbq. The pulled pork was tasteless mush; I couldn’t eat it. With so many other BBQ choices nearby, I won’t be back. It’s too bad, I used to like this place.
we stopped in around 12.30 for a quick lunch. the cashier brought us the wrong drink for my wife was the first clue. when the food came, we were informed that they had no silverware! She said the manager left to go get some. By the time she got back the food was cold. we had to ask that the food be remade! The waitress did bring some free pie.
RecommendedMy first time visiting this place. The menu was explained to me in great detail. The staff was very courteous. When I come back to visit I will go again. The food was delicious.
RecommendedMy husband and I have visited at least 3-4 different locations and this particular location we had been to at least 3 times. The second time wasn't so great as our order was messed up and the lady in the drive thru lacked customer service skills. However after getting in touch with the Gm Mr. Dunnan, His response time was within the same day to correct the issue and he was very apologetic and even replaced our order today (next day).
