Nurses are exceptional. Katherine 7th floor RN outstanding. Takes great care of patients and their families and goes the extra mile!
I was a patient a year ago with a broken hip and foot due to a fall. Excellent care in the hospital and in Baptist Desoto rehab afterwards.
Out of all the years I been goin there..... Yesterday was thumbs up to you guys... I was in and out.... No more than 30mins
Went for a tour of Labor and Delivery, staff very friendly and helpful
The outpatient clinic where i got my pic line in yesterday sucked it was easier than going threw the e.r. but the nurses wasn't helpful at all
The nurses in out patient surgery are awesome!!! The cafeteria SUCKS! The place is nasty, the food is on the low end of mediocrity, half of the food stations are closed, the equipment is broken down. I do not understand how such a leader in hospitals allows thus kind of cafeteria.
