Baptist Hospital ER was great. Alisha, the nurse in the ER was exceptional and very caring and informative. The Nurse Practitioner who handled my wife was very nice and informative as was the nursing assistant who helped us.

This was the worst experience I ever had at any hospital. My Mom arrived to the hospital Tuesday by ambulance the ER was great but once she arrived to the 9th floor all HELL broke lose. The nurse left needles laying around in the room. He also wasn't able to put an IV in. Everything he used was thrown on the floor. So days past Thursday arrived room still nasty with discarded tape, cotton balls, package and whatever else the nurse throw on the floor. Along with needles. We had a very positive experience last night in the emergency room. We were seen promptly and the staff was great with my injured child.
My husband came in with level 10 pain, the night crew Arkecia and the Night Doctor was AWESOME. They handled him with care. Great Staff��
I've been coming to this hospital the last 7 years. Up until like 1 year ago the patient care in the ER was HORRENDOUS! My last couple trips there since Jan 1,2017 have been shocking but not in a bad way. The floor nurses have always been great there. The ER has just been phenomenal. From admissions, to triage, the ER drs and nurses, radiology techs! I normally bypass this place and drive to Olive Branch or Baptist East and those are both about 35 min drives from where I'm at.
