My daughter just had her son there. They incorrectly put in the Anesthesia tube and she DID NOT receive tanything for her pain!! it ALL went on the FLOOR and the Anesthesiologist saw it and so did the Dr. She ended up having a C-section after 5 hours of labor with NO medication!! Laziness, incompetence gave her the WORST experience instead of the most wonderful one because THEY DID NOT DO THEIR JOB RIGHT!

It doesn’t seem fair, or just... After staying by my mother’s side every single day for 5-months at Baptist Hospital (Feb – June 2019 and then July-August 2019) this is what I've realized. I had an MRI today at Miami Cardio Vascular Institute, a Baptist Hospital facility, and the MRI tech Uranis Martinez was extremely competent, caring and professional, made me feel at ease and comfortable during the procedure. Kudos to Baptist for their great staff!
Our Dad is currently in ICU here. My family and I cannot express how impressed and appreciative we are for the nursing staff, doctors and other personnel. My father has been so well taken care of and the care these nurses have provided him is nothing less than if he were their own family. Please except our deepest thanks for taking such good care of our Father.
Because the management team is horrible. They harass the employees and are racist. They have lack of communication and cover up a lot of things that need to be out to the light. They have mold, rust and they also falsify document. They fire employees out of retaliation.
I spent an hour in the waiting room (where you see the doctor) with glass in my eyeball. No other patients except 1. No doctor check in and we had to constantly ask the nurses what was going on and if we could get someone in to flush some water in it at least. They said they were “doing their best”. What they didn’t realize is I was with my fiancé the chief of Cardio Thoracic Surgery for HCA Florida and he knew that they absolutely were not doing their best.
