Very disappointed!! My dad had surgery and everything went well but the next day something was going on with him and nothing was done about it and he was discharged. It was not considered a safe discharge!!! The nurses staff were great tho .
You medical records dept is horrible!!! Nobody knows what they’re doing the fax machines never work and neither does the email they give you. Sometimes it takes me up to a week to get medical records on a patient which is completely unacceptable!!! So unhappy with Baptist hospital especially the medical records department

Have a friend (fiancée ) currently their she has been treated poorly or not being treated they aren’t telling her anything aren’t trying to help her with pain or other issues keep throwing insurance at her she’s on the pineapple plan or they say theirs nothing they can do am strongly considering a lawsuit against baptist at this time and the specialist dr Gonzales for incompatencey will also make sure all media outlets hear about this nation wide
