Great personnel, clean and everyone is welcoming.
horrible treatment and diagnosis. the worst hospital I have been too.
Although I have always thought Baptist was a great hospital, I was very disappointed by my most recent visit. I was told I would have 0 co-pay, as I had met my deductible. After I went through with my tests, I got a bill for over $2,000. Apparently, when the baptist rep called my insurance company, the rep said that yes, they were in network. In fact they were not. Baptist misrepresented, and now if I don’t pay the money, my credit will be affected. Totally unfair!
Buen trato y profesionalidad de todo el equipo que trabaja,
To me it is the best hospital. They acted quickly when I had a heart attack. When I arrived at the hospital, via rescue, there were approximately 10 people waiting for me, surrounding me and working very fast. I have been to the emergency department several times. Always fast and courteous. Of course there is always someone that is not nice, in fact during my last visit the lady doctor in emergency was pretty rude. However I do not have any complaints about the hospital.
If you want the worst experience in a Hospital ( ER ) you need to go to the new Baptist Hospital in 142 st and 136 ave . I would never go back , the nurse Enit F , the most unprofessional , the worse human being. We visit the Emergency Department with a minor and was the baddest experience for our family . We will continue with Patient Care Services to take action on it .What a shame for a new Hospital .
All three of our children were born at the Baptist. 1968, 1971, 1973. All the same OB, Dr. Teichner. All the same pediatricians, who I was fortunate to work for, Dr. Stemerman and Dr, Brown. Absolutely the best group of pediatric doctors. Left Miami in 1975. Cape Coral until 1983. Now in central Virginia for 35 years. still miss Florida but doubt I would recognize the hospital or doctors office. Loved growing up in Miami.
because what kind of doctors you have that doesnt have ethics as Dr muinia who is oncologist that told a patient who has cancer that she will be in hospice and please dont bother him because he is so busy and the "unethic Doctor " did not made anything for her patient for more than 2 months and now he came with this unethical respond dont bother me because you are almost dead and i am so busy i will not going to recomend baptist to anyone until you have an ethical doctors i. your staff
