Left my Daddy (who had ALS and heavily medicated) alone in their bathroom. He fell backwards and hit his head. They changed his medical records to change what happened in the bathroom, in an attempt to protect themselves, even though we met with nursing supervisor and have it all recorded. The very top of their hospital administration told me “Well it’s better that he is passing this way and not the end of ALS.”... as he was dying in hospice. Pure evil. We have had the worst possible experience at this facility. Our 88 year old mother was admitted on 6/22 with other issues and had a stroke while in the care of hospital. There has been little to no communication from anyone after repetitive requests and being there at least 6 hours every day. No one assists her. She has not received adequate PT/OT and we are still waiting to speak to a speech therapist. 3 Social workers have been of little help other than to tell us when we call (as they dont call us) that they are dischargi... read more
