My son is dying at rhe UM Hospital pending a life saving operation and he may die because Baptist will not send the medical records and surgical reports they need to have this life saving operation. I have knowledge of an investigation being obstructed by the current ER Director, of one of the Baptist’s hospitals regarding the assault by a staff member on a minority patient with a psychiatric history. Upper level people in the organization were made aware and further covered up, not only the incident, but the fact the director prevented a proper investigation from happening.

Horrible and abusive! A clear example of what is wrong with our health system. When I asked about about the cost of the procedure the answer was, I do not know but the insurance will pay for it so what do you care. When I asked if it was really necessary for them to give me two different devices to hold my wrist, I've got the same answer a second time! And by the way they did NOTHING for my condition to improve.
Worse hospital they are killing covid patients. The nurses mistreated my grandma.

So much for help the community !! I went to the Baptist tent for a free COvid TEST and then Baptist sent to me a bill of &1817. 00. This is unacceptable !!!! I can't believe this is the organization that says they care about their community during this pandemic. Was JUST a COVID 19 screening on a tent !
