The team that helped my grandpa and grandmother at the hospital was amazing, during this difficult and stressful period, Tiffany Barret and the Doctors in the 4 floor and the rest of the team are amazing. they were helpful at all times but the biggest connection was in the personal level, they took their time to explain everything to us we felt everyone’s love and care from the nurses and doctors including the nurse practitioner. We all walk into the emergency room for a health concern. Never do we think that our experience visiting the emergency room can cause so many problems because of an employee. I simply visited the emergency room for a deep cut which needed stitches. The pain, surgery, and recovery was the simple part- the billing part has been a nightmare. La Cafeteria los fines de semana, en el turno de la noche está cada vez peor!!! No hay comida ni café para los trabajadores de este turno. Este es un Acto Inhumano. Que responda el Responsable, Sr. Hector Ortiz por esta situación. El directorio debería de cambiar a estos trabajadores incompetentes.
