Worst experience starting with the covid test that they did very aggressive and finishing with my staying at the hospital after labor/delivery. La peor experiencia comenzando cuando me realizaron el test del covid y terminando con mi estadía luego de mi parto.

On 7/7/2020 ii went for a MRI and they charged me a $350 deductible for those services. When I called my insurance they told me that they had paid it full and they over charged you and need to refund your full deductible back. I called several times and spoke to Amanda, Maria, and Claudia the supervisor was supposed to call me back to help with this and never did. I am really sadden with this situation. Then they found a lump and I need further images and I contacted them and they told me that I would need to pay another $35... read more

Went to this UC facility 2 times and once at the Kendall location. Great people, EXCEPT South Miami Hospital, billed the visits as an ER visit ($62) instead of ($31) UC visit cost. How many times has this happened. Sure its only $62 times 5, three for me, 2 for my wife. Its the principle of charging for a service that they did not provide and refuse to address. When I called Humana Military, they told me that the Hospital billed as an ER instead of a UC and there is nothing they can do because that is what the hospital is bi... read more
Horrible place and incompetent staff. Traveled from PA to help all the way to Miami and never make it past security before they canceled my contract. Uche Fuches or whatever her name is and Miryam are disgusting horrid people and should be flipping burgers. Nasty attitudes. NEVER SHOULD THEY BE IN MANAGEMENT. They dont deserve any help. You dont disrupt lives like that and brush it off like its nothing. BEWARE OF THESE PLACE. If they treat the staff that way I can only IMAGINE how they treat the patients. PEOPLE are DEVILS.
