I’ve been in this hospital numerous times & have had good & bad experiences. Most of the bad experiences have been with the ER department. The wait is ridiculous, South Miami Hospital is only a short drive away and the wait & service was WAY better!

I went to a meeting this afternoon at Baptist Hospital Miami, what a positive atmosphere! Wonderful introduction to Baptist Health South Florida; the conversations with supervisory staff were fruitful, and their professionalism exceeded standard expectations. I highly recommend applying here for work, and of course I also highly recommend their medical facility.
