So much for help the community !! I went to the Baptist tent for a free COvid TEST and then Baptist sent to me a bill of &1817. 00. This is unacceptable !!!! I can't believe this is the organization that says they care about their community during this pandemic. Was JUST a COVID 19 screening on a tent !

I want people to know that baptist hospital systems do not seem to care much for veterans, this is my opinion. With Covid-19, the V.A. Healthcare system was overwhelmed like most healthcare systems. One of my many injuries that had been surgically repaired “broke down”. The V.A. Could not get me an MRI scheduled, in fact it was almost a 3 month wait. The VA put me under a community care plan( PRESIDENT TRUMP’s choice plan) and set out to get me that appt for the MRI so that the doctor can determine if I need back surgery aga... read more

I am diagnosed with Covid 19 and decided to use Telehealth in hopes to get relieve from my respiratory symptoms without exposing other people. As requested, I payed the copayment and gave my insurance information for Baptists to bill an URGENT CARE consult. I was seen by Dayana Mason, ARNP. The consultation went smoothly, and I was actually really happy with the service. She was supposed to send 3 medications to my pharmacy. An antibiotic, and inhaler, and a cough medication. My mom who is 90 years old is currently at the emergency room, I have called 4 times and I am unable to get information, I try to be reasonable, but I am not allow to visit and no one gives me any information, the security guard that answers the phone in the ER simple tells me is not his problem and hangs up the phone, if I go there, first thing they will do is play victim and call the cops, (who you want to defund, until you need one) who wouldn't be upset?!,
