I’m a physician at BHL, and when I recently suffered from a severe “stomach flu” that overwhemed me very quickly, I knew that I needed the help of my ED colleagues. Triage was great, they did appropriate COVID screening and were kind and sympathetic. Dr Molinari was kind and extremely thorough. Paul, my RN, was friendly and great and apologized that he had to use a hand vein for the IV because I was dehydrated. Patient convince sucks. No menu for patients to order food from and the Tv is so small I can’t see the channel number to change it and not guide channel. Even the new parts look old. Care had been good so far.
Patient convince sucks. No menu for patients to order food from and the Tv is so small I can’t see the channel number to change it and not guide channel. Even the new parts look old. Care had been good so far.
Imagine being at a Hospital and seeing another family bring people in and out for 2 days. Then you bring your son to the hospital with you to see his mom and then they tell you only one person allowed. Get into an argument that this is not true. Seen different myself. They tell me no. That one person can only go up. So send my son to the car in the hot to sit till discharge. Then the best part? Get upstairs and see the same family with 3 people with them waiting in the waiting room. Wow. Do I feel singled out?
Dr. Simon has been our pediatrician since 1995. All 3 of my kids have grown up with this practice and it has been an amazing experience. Dr. Simon is the wisest and kindest doctor and his staff is second to none. From everyday ailments to guiding us through a NICU experience with our youngest, Dr. Simon is the best to have in your corner. As parents, it’s true that you have to be the best advocate for your children and their health, and Dr. Simon is a phenomenal wealth of information to help.
