My husband & I would like to thank everyone in the ER department for their patience & care given to my husband. Unfortunately his illness brings us through the ER quite frequently. Due to matters out of his control he is sometimes not the easiest patient to handle. We apologize for that but the amount of compassion & care we both receive from all involved....we thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
I was sleeved a month ago and i just love Dr. Quinterio she is the absolute best.
I was a patient of Dr. Keifer. he placed my vp shunts. I had to pretty much beg them to listen to me each time that something wasn't right, and each time something wasn't right. I was told that everyone was tired of dealing with me, that if I didn't lose weight is be dismissed from the practice. when my tube had came out of the peroteneum I was told to just ice it that it's not possible for it to come out like that. even tho it was 1 week post op. I came in the emergency room with 3 broken bones in my leg and one of which sticking out. The absolute only reason I decided to go here was the proximity to where the accident happened. I will never have services at this hospital nor reccomend family or friends. I tried reaching out to a patient advocate and emailing them but no return response.

I really wish this had a way to rate based on different issues rather than just would you recommend? I have been very pleased with the doctors, nurses and aides that are taking care of my dad, but not with the front desk staff. That is sad because they are the first people that you make contact with during your visit. I had been taking my mother, who can’t walk or hear well at all, to see my father after surgery. Walked in today for an appt for my baby - we think he has an ear infection. The receptionist ask if I had a mask. I let her know that I could not wear one. A man behind the counter became very rude demanding that I wear one even after I tried to explain that I couldn’t. We left with my baby being untreated. How can a dr office do that?!?! I was under the impression that if you couldn’t medically wear a mask, it was ok. Needless to say, we will be changing pediatricians!
The staff in the labor and delivery unit and absolutely amazing. Never felt like I wasn’t listened to or not taken seriously. Really made myself and the baby feel so safe. The sweetest people.
