The staff assisted me very well. The flu and streph test came back negative but they did what they could to help me. I still went to my PCP and he prescribed Tamiflu
Went in for horrible cough, aching, HA, fever. I did online pre-registration prior to going. Receptionist said "doesn't matter-you still have to fill these out" and handed me 4 pages to do front and back. Amy and Raven were great! Flu swab negative. Had issues with CVS getting my RXs-said they were given wrong DOB and it took 3 hrs to fix it! All the while I'm feeling horrible and looked like walking dead. I was in and out in no time. The staff was very nice. I'm starting to feel better.
Thank you to the staff at the Health clinic. We had very little wait and the staff listened to our needs and responded accordingly. We will be back if we have the need again. Thanks again.
While being at Baptist urgent Care they made me feel so welcome.if I ever have another problem I know where I'll be coming to 🙂
