they literally think no matter what you come in with, you now have either CV or the flu...that's before any vitals are taken. complete joke! our health scare system is a farce!
RecommendedNever been to an urgent care facility before but did today due to flu like symptoms. Very nice clean place. Very convenient compared to a hospital visit on the weekends🙌🏽
Very polite and professional people. Super clean! And the Waiting time less than 30 mins😉 something that would've been Impossible at the Children's hospital ER... with so many Flu outbreaks. Then 2 days later I got a call asking me how the girls were doing! That was a big surprise to me! Wow not even the girls doctors have done anything like that( even tho I love theirs regular clinic).

Yesterday I called Baptist Urgent Care in Jacksonville and asked if they would give me a steroid shot before I went in. The Lady that answered the phone told me yes they offer steroid shots. I got there waited 2 hrs to be seen and the Nurse Practitioner told me she wouldn't give me a steroid shot. I was outraged. Went to my doctor today and got treated for a double ear infection and a sinus infection which included not one but two shots and antibiotics. RecommendedNice staff. Unfortunately a meeting with NP was called just as it was time for her to see me so I had to wait extra 45 minutes but she was very pleasant and apologetic.
